Clients must provide accurate personal, business, and financial information for proper tax preparation and payroll services. All documentation including W-2s, 1099s, receipts, payroll records, and other tax-related materials must be complete and truthful. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or service limitations. LuniTax is not responsible for penalties or issues arising from client-provided inaccurate information.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling preferences. Tax preparation services are seasonal and subject to high demand during filing periods. Payroll services require advance setup and may have onboarding timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client scheduling needs, but cannot guarantee immediate availability. Rush services may incur additional fees.
Fees for services must be paid on time as per the agreed payment schedule. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring payroll services require payment in advance or according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All fees are clearly communicated before services commence.
Clients are expected to show respect to LuniTax staff and other clients at all times. We maintain a professional environment and expect courteous communication. Harassment, abusive behavior, or threats will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services. LuniTax staff will reciprocate with professional, respectful service at all times.
Any changes to your service plan, tax strategy, or payroll configuration must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Changes may affect pricing, timelines, and deliverables. We recommend annual reviews of your tax and payroll needs to ensure optimal service alignment. All modifications will be documented and confirmed in writing.
Clients must promptly inform us of any changes in contact information including email, phone number, mailing address, or business location. Accurate contact information ensures timely delivery of tax documents, payroll reports, and important compliance notifications. LuniTax is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated contact information.
LuniTax reserves the right to terminate services if terms are not met, including non-payment, provision of false information, or violation of professional conduct standards. Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to completion of any in-progress work and payment of outstanding balances. Upon termination, we will provide all client records and documentation in our possession.
LuniTax maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive financial and personal data. Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with client authorization.
